Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using myolive.shop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service enables users to purchase ownership rights to individual olive trees in managed groves. Each tree is identified by a unique number and GPS coordinates. The Company handles tree maintenance, harvesting, and grove management.
3. Registration
You must provide accurate personal information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. The Company may suspend accounts with false or incomplete information.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are shown in EUR. Payments are processed through Stripe. Upon successful payment, ownership is registered in your account and a certificate is issued. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices for unsold trees without prior notice.
5. Ownership Rights
Purchasing a tree grants you the right to receive yield proceeds and a digital ownership certificate. Physical access to the grove is available by appointment. Trees cannot be physically removed from the plantation.
6. Gifting
Purchased trees may be gifted to other users. Once accepted, the gift is final and irrevocable. See the Gifting page for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, pest infestations, or regulatory changes. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of affected trees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
