Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. The cooling-off period starts from the moment the payment is confirmed.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to billing@myolive.shop with your order number and reason for the refund. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–7 business days.
3. After the Cooling-Off Period
After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be offered depending on circumstances. Gifted trees that have already been accepted by the recipient are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card via Stripe or bank transfer for invoice payments). Processing time depends on your bank and typically takes 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Gift trees that have been accepted by the recipient are non-refundable. Promotional bonus trees (received free as part of a promo) are automatically revoked when the main order is refunded.
